A question regarding shout outs from under 18 people

Hey everyone,

Just out of curiosity - can we pay people under 18 to do shout outs? I wanted to ask first in case there's some weird rule or law that makes it so I shouldn't use people under 18 for paid promotions.

There is no law agains't this.
If Paypal allows them to have a paypal account they can accept money with no issues.

yes you can ,ive purchased shoutouts from people under 18 ...still be fair tho karma is a bitch !!! trust i know !!

Yes, you can. They just need a payment method (which I am sure they have around) and you're all set.
