Paxum was a bad experience for me late back 2017-18 thereabout
Got money from Chaturbate, wanted to withdraw the money took a month for ID verification
I gave up and told them to send the money back to chaturbate. it took 2 weeks for chaturbate to confirm they got the money
Anytime i send the ID it would take about 5-7 days pending before they reply and after that they would reject saying the image is blur blah blah blah

I am not sure about that yellow badge, but i remember when i tried to verify my documents. It can take some time. Some people on other forums reported waiting times of over 10 days. Plus, if your documents gets rejected you usually will get a notification via eMail and it shows up in your dashboard on Paxum once you log in.
So it seems like they are still being reviewed. I would wait out this week, and if you don't hear from them till next week, i would contact them.

Lol, I also uploaded my proof of address like 7 days ago, still no response, I created a support ticket, they told me it's been forwarded to the right department, maybe it's because of the coronavirus, but verify my ID also took weeks though
They they just say within 24 to 48 hours

I never had any problem with paxum fortunately, but you must be VEEEEEERRRRRRYYYYYY patient with the support and the ticket system, they reply slowly and are very stupid people. I asked them about a confirmation issue of the documents and it took them a month to verify things, but after, I think it is one of the best option in the adult industry. If you are a camgirl or camboy outside of the USA, use paxum you will save money contrary to other payment systems.

i guess the CEO don't hire people. What u think if i make a call tomorrow ? will they answer? and since u are using them do they provide you with a USA bank account that u can use to send money from paypal?
