A question about anchors

So I have recently subscribed to a PBN.
I came across something that I'd never thought of before. Anchors
I read about it but I still have one question

My articles are 2000 words long. Some articles that I have are quite broad and were written most for ranking for long tails. So for such articles what anchors do I use?
The really broad ones, for instance, mobile phones, with 10k-20k searches which are somewhat difficult to rank for or something which is more likely to rank with less searches like for above example, mobile phones under 200 dollars or best cheap mobile phones which has 300-500 searches.
What anchor do I use in this case?

Is it true that if I use 'mobile phone' it'd still and it gets ranked even on 2nd or 3rd page, all my longtails like the ones mentioned above will be ranked on first page at least?
So if I use something more rankable and safe like 'Best cheap mobile phones' it won't help other longtails at all?

I know this question is quite stupid but I know nothing about anchors

Anchor text does matter, but nowhere near as much as in the past. In fact, it can be more of a problem than a help now.

In the past you could just send 100,000 links with the anchor "mobile phone" and you would rank for that term and no others.

Now, if more than a few percent of your backlink anchors are "mobile phone" then you definately won't rank for that term as google's algorithm will know that your backlink profile is unnatural and penalise the page.

You are best off using a unique anchor every time, that is similar to the term that you are trying to rank for, or incorporates the term that you are trying to rank for.

So if you are trying to rank for mobile phone use anchors such as, I like this mobile phone, mobile phone reviews, the best mobile phone around, and similar terms such as cell phone, and mobile communication device, etc.

And for what it's worth, you are unlikely to be able to rank for mobile phone terms. They're very difficult. The most important thing in SEO bar none is keyword research. Try to find something easier to rank for.

That was just an example. I'm not trying to rank for 'mobile phone'.
And yes I AM using a unique anchor every time. This question is for an article I am trying to rank for. I'm not using this anchor anywhere else.

This is for the Exact match anchor for a pbn link to one of my articles.

So now coming back to the original question, Should my anchor text be something broad and relatively difficult to rank like 'mobile phone' or something more specific, rankable but with less searches like 'best cheap mobile phone'?

It makes no difference whatsoever!

Any anchors in relation to mobile phones (in this example) will help you to rank for the term mobile phone, and all related longtails.

I have articles ranking for multiple terms where there is not a single exact match anchor backlink for any of the ranking terms. Just loads of "I buy mobile phones online all of the time" type anchors, all different.
