We have this adsense account which was approved years ago and we really didn't use it much. We started using it recently and we have accumulated around 300$ till date (Min. Threshold - 500$). The thing is, the account was created by my friend and he had put his payee name, details etc back when we started. (No payment method added yet)
He's not a part of our project right now so I was thinking of changing the payee details, etc but apparently it seems like it's against the rules to change payee name, etc. for Indian adsense accounts? Also, the bank account name should match the payee name in adsense account so I can't even add my own bank account.
My friend won't mind receiving the payment once but I don't think he is ready to do it every month and then transfer it to me. What do you guys think I should do? Should I just change the payee name, details, etc? or approach google for help?
