lil bump

It is impossible to not have a proof, does exist logs with your sales or if you sell ebooks, give them link where are listed your ebooks for sale.

As per the screenshot, the pending thing to submit is a photo ID. If you do not have it, then get it done. Please understand "get it done", in 70% of cases, it would work, in Paypal.

This happened because you received business payments. So since it is a business payment, they need to know whats up. Its normal. Submit it to them and once you're approved, you won't have any auditing

Did you tried to upload photo id? and did you told paypal that you are just selling ebook?

Probably you may be able to withdraw your money next year, don't use this shit again, if you get your money this year, you are lucky

If they reject your documents you'll have to wait for 180 days to claim your money.

If they accept them money will be able immediately.

  • Photo id is self explanatory and mandatory. If you're stuck on this part a few clever searches on his forum will show you all you need to move forward.
  • For proof of fulfillment show screenshots of product delivery, such as emails sent to the custom or the dashboard from your e-commerce platform. If your product is not deemed acceptable by ToS hide all information that could identify it
  • You can ignore this. Attach a text document stating you create your own products and don't have purchase receipts. Alternatively you could message live support explaining the above and they will queue the document review process without you having to submit anything for this section.
  • This is where you describe what you're selling. What you claim should fit with the proof of fulfilment you provide. Again do not admit to selling prohibited items and lie if you have to.
I'm pretty sure ebooks are acceptable products, but it depends on what type of ebook it is. Something in a gray/illegal niche would probably get your account permanently limited, funds held for 180 days with no way to appeal if you tell them what you're selling.

After providing requested documents, you need to wait 90 days to withdraw money from pp account to your bank account.

it's not weird they are required to do KYC. just fill it out

Don't worry. If you're selling legal products, you can rectify the issue very easily.

Just talk with the PayPal support team. They will help you complete the verification. They are available via the live chat option, I guess.

I'm actually selling an ebook
I'd like to add : Just because it is an ebook, this does NOT necessarily mean that the product (ebook) complies with Paypal's T&Cs. Example, if it an ebook related to social media marketing / social media growth, etc, then as per Paypal's T&Cs, it is a counterfeit product (or service). Yes, Paypal considers social media marketing (and proxies, etc, etc, etc) to be counterfeit in nature (due to usage of bots, etc in smm). And in cases where Paypal considers a product (or service) as counterfeit and places a hold on a Paypal account, then Paypal eventually steals that amount.

Don't worry, sometimes PayPal can p** us off like this. You can take screenshots of conversations with your customers and submit them. After submitting these details, they are more likely to release your funds.

paypal is shit
i don't think you will make it
if paypal do not release this limitation then
they may lock your account for 180 days and you can withdraw after 180 days.

.... Eventually, they'll lock your account for no reason
I heard only cases when PP users can not complete a short verification procedure because they used all kinds of fake info and even fake documents. It is a known scam when someone is using a fresh PP account to get money then they will transfer the money to another PP account but PP knows the trick and they are doing all kinds of verification when you got a certain amount of money (or if you are from certain countries). PP always says a reason why an account is limited and a real operator will even take a look at your case if you contact them.

go get some agreement between you and the "ebook provider" , send them some screenshots from your emails between you and your customers , it may do the work , i had the same problem with them and thats what i did

I think you take Goods and services Payment. Now Paypal ask more info about sales and use policy. So contact with your customers if you provide leggal service. and make screenshoot about your conversation Then paypal looks it and give you full access.

submit your ID then after few days account maybe back to you
