A new top ecosystem for Dapps?

I recently read about a new stablecoin named HIVE when I saw it was getting listed on Bitget, mexc and even Binance. This token mostly just powers its ecosystem as the native token but the project is what's pretty interesting. The project is a platform designed for Web3 applications and it also has a pretty wide array of some popular dApps, communities, and projects. Personally, I just found it nice because its allows for transactions without fees but its still an interesting project, lol. It's worth reading about the project especially since the token just got listed today, I'd like to know what you think about it after though.

What’s the point of another stablecoin, I dont see any reason to use it if there’s already options like USDT/USDC which have been around much longer and are more established.

Usdt/usdc are centralised and can be frozen

The point I’m trying to make is, what use do any of these new stablecoins have if there’s already so many trusted viable options out there.

We all saw what happend with Terra and it’s stablecoin, it depegged straight to 0.

Probably Defi benefits like USDe.. for hive, I believe it's got a lot more than stablecoin.. like it's a no fee blockchain and it's open source for Defi, web3, gamefi etc. Just name it.. fundamentally, it's quite solid.. here's the price trend which I'm interested in..

Something smells fishy with this project. Ever heard the saying "if it sounds too good to be true"? Well, this is it. They started flashing red flags as soon as their blockchain went live. Tried setting up a node? Turns out you need the devs' permission. How’s that for decentralization? If it's a closed shop with hand-picked validators, it's not decentralized at all. Oh, and they're keeping the blockchain code closed source. Why? What are they hiding? Listing on Bitget specifically raises even more questions.

It sounds like HIVE has potential, especially with its no-fee transactions and focus on Web3 applications. Being listed on major exchanges like Binance and MEXC also adds credibility. I’ll definitely read more about the ecosystem and see how it compares with other platforms. Thanks for sharing!
