Now before I say anything (or you do), I understand that how many queries they must get every day and some of them aren't even paid, so I am grateful for them for taking the time to do it anyways. this thread is my last try to get my issue sorted if possible.
I am looking to renew my Jr.VIP membership I go to my account page and click the button, it takes me to Paypal page but when I try to pay, it only gives option to pay with credit card and not my Paypal balance. I tried multiple ways but it's not happening. Never happened before so I'm confused. I messaged Mod #1 about it, he was kind enough to tell me they this doesn't fall under his domain and referred me to support email, I promptly emailed them last week but no reply till now, I then contact Mod #2 yesterday but haven't heard anything.
I hope I can get my issue resolved
