Hello all,

Do you guys know a good ticket based (And web based) support system that I can use?

What are the top famous ones anyway?

Features that I might be looking are:
The ability to integrate with a form I have.
Auto response maybe.
The ability to assign a question to another staff support member.

I'm open for ideas and recommendations.

Thank you!

More recommendations please!

Depends what your doing. Personally I love WHMCS.COM for both billing and support. It's paid solution but many of the bigger hosting companies offer it for free if you have an account with them. I think at Hostgator you can get it for free. http://www.whmcs.com/hostgator/

Zendesk is the big player, maqma joomla plugin is what I settled on for my site.

I never found any I really liked. I think you need a good FAQ system in addition to handling tickets.

I use OSticket but it hasn't been changed/supported in a few years. I'd love to write my own if I had the time.

I really tested almost each and every ticket system i could find. And nothing did meet my exceptions. Finally I ended up with Zendesk, paying $50/ month for a seat. But it has reduced my workload dramatically. The macros are simply awesome.

I could suggest you to use OsTicket as well. It is free and easy to use. Our company use it for 2-3 years and they are satisfied.

Code:
hxxp://osticket.com/

Replace 'xx' with 'tt'

Cheers

We use kayako. Its paid but its pretty elaborate and we love it. they have a free trail you can try it out.

Code:
http://www.kayako.com/

I've used osticket also for a few years for store computer repairs. Keeps the customer up to date through emails and they can respond to tickets. It's not a Kayako but it's free and works fine.
