A few quick Stealth Paypal questions negative balance/withdrawing

few quick questions - say you have a stealth paypal account that you're looking to verify/withdraw funds from stealthily. Tons of people are selling verification on here for reasonable prices around $15-20, but can you withdraw funds with this or is this just to lift limits? Also, if there is a negative balance on a stealth paypal, what methods does paypal use to find you? like if you connect your real bank account to your stealth paypal can paypal ever see any of your bank info? and what happens when they sell that debt to collectors, how can they possibly find you?

could really use some advice on the cheapest/easiest/fastest way to withdraw money. I've sifted through so much info on this and I'm seemingly getting more confused with every post I read. Would really appreciate some help from anybody with experience Thank you!!!

The only way I know is to transfer to another PP account, if you connect your Real BANK account when you get negative you cant take it off and they will find you and try to recover the money.
