A few days ago, google has stopped recrawling my page updates!

A few days ago, google has stopped recrawling my page updates, i have used "Fetch As Google" but nothing, it's the same.
Can you please show me how to solve this?

There's a crawl budget for your website, you should check your log to see if less important pages on your website are crawled more than your main pages, check for duplicates, thin content and errors amongst other things.

Thanks for that link. Although it's a bit outdated, being from 2013 and all, there's still some really good information on there that I wish I had read when I was starting out. It really goes to show how proper internal page linking, which is something that a lot of us tend to neglect, is super important.
