A bot that automatically finds emails and sends a message?

Hi I hope someone can help point me in the right direction. I want to generate leads by sending emails to website owners with the same canned message... any and all website owners. Is there a bot that can automate this process of harvesting these emails and automatically sending the email message at the same time? Thanks for any replies on this.
