A BHW scammer, whose ID I can't recall

I have been working for his company for many months. Now he owes me $45. I can't recall his ID here. I gave him the mandatory 48 hour SL thread warning too. He hasn't been replying for weeks. Can I complain his company on review boards without breaking any BHW rules?
