A Beginner's AdSense Questions

So, I got a quick question for you guys. I made an AdSense account a while ago and I used the ad code on a free Blogspot website. Now, I have a website on a .com domain and I would like to try to monetize it aswell using AdSense.

My question is: can I simply copy-paste the ad code which I used on that Blogspot website or I need to go through some sort of approval process for this .com website and wait for a specific ad code to be generated for it?

And if I can use the same ad code, when would the new ads appear? After 24-48 hours, right?

I've used the same ad code on multiple site - but just check whether you have created a general ad code or specific ad code that contains tracking for a particular url.
If it is a general ad code, you can reuse that code anytime.
Just that if you are using the general ad code on a new site - please make sure that you add that new site into your adsense account, otherwise, the ads may not serve on the new site.

24-48 hours is proper. Just like what https://www.blackhatworld.com/members/scrapingproxies.1170837/ has mentioned, you can definitely use the code again if it's a general ad code.

If you are talking about the automatic code, then you can use this on any website once your account is approved (you will not have to get any of your other sites approved after this point however if you do violate any of the T&C then the possibility of being suspended is always there.

You have used your account for free Blogspot blog. in that case google Adsense give you hosted account which is limited account and used for Blogspot and youtube only. if you want to show your ads on a custom domain, first you will need to verify it by going through the approval process. once you have approved for anyone custom domain, you can add more domains without approval.

you can use same ad code generated for any other site within your Adsense and it will not cause any issue. but, why you want to do that? just create a new ad unit, it is really simple and take 2 minutes only. with separate ad units, you will be able to track the earning data easily in reports.

before this all, just check if your account is fully activated or just hosted account.
