    So
one of my websites was doing well in Search engine ie 1st page 1st result , 1st page 8th result and so on,

I guess last week or so my few WP sites got infected with malware, where homepage was accessible but all other links gav 404 Error
I didnt realize untill today when i saw the my top 2 terms falling off the google radar and into the NTH :(
I almost spend 5 hours to fix it and now the site is back , with same url structure everything.

Do you guys thing I will get my rankings back?

I'd ask Google to recrawl it in webmaster tools. Also are you sure you've fixed it? What files have you checked and what scanners have you used?

Well I completely removed the old installation
and restored a old backup that I had,

It was a strange malware where everything works fine if you have set the permalinks to Default, but as soon as you change it to custom all the links gets broken.

So a piece of advise for you all guys, keep an eye on your sites , and all links too--

I did get it to recrawl via WMT

Finally releived to see the SERPS, as 3 keywords bounced back to their previous ranking ,one is still NTH
hoping it will come back up soon
