99Designs - thoughts?

Hello,

I want to get a landing page designed, and it needs to look the part - want to use this as a main piece of linkbait for a website.

Looking at using something like 99Designs so I can get a range of designs.

Has anyone used them before?

My issue is: I don't know where else to turn for designs, I'm not the best at articulating what I want into the finished product, and don't want to waste the money via a freelancer that won't produce what I like.

I haven't used them but my preference would be go work with a BHW designer that not only has exceptional reviews but offers unlimited revisions as well.

This way, you can connect with the designer more easily and ensure you end up with a finished product you're satisfied with.

I've won a few contests on 99designs and there were lots of great designs submitted for the same contest. As a contest starter it's probably the best way to get a lot of different designs to choose from without paying multiple designers.

If you can't articulate what you want in the finished product you're probably going to be disappointed no matter who you hire

I can't live without 99designs.
Most of my website or design project, are coming from 99designs
Already completed over 25x different contest..

It's bit expensive, but super worth it.

Because, you will receive like 20-100 different designs for your single idea.
Majority of them, gonna make you confused. Because most of the designs are too good!

Sometimes I feel bad for other designers. Because in the end i can only choose 1 winner.

If you choose single designer, you gonna get result from 1 creative brain > one design idea.
But if you choose 99designs, you gonna get multiply - different design ideas.

99designs got different designer ranking.
Regular, mid, and top.
Sometimes the mid or top will be joining your contest, and their design idea are gonna blow your mind.


You can even extend the contest if after 5 days(but yet you still din't get the design that you need), by extending another 5 days by contacting the support.
