Yeah! But their are bots that can make hundreds/thousands of fake accounts in just an hour.
And automatically retweet namecheap msg.

Why they don't do it anyway.

I seriously doubt they would offer any promotion for .im domains anytime soon. Its price is high from registry so registrars can't offer a cheap price special.

i though it was cost only $0.98 but when going to purchase a domain the total is $1.16 WTF?
