95k vs 15k Followers

Hello BHW community,

Today I was looking at accounts in the same niche as me and I noticed an account that's been around for a while and has a good following of 95k and then i saw that there photos are averaging around 1,800 likes, and on my account I have 15k and i'm averaging the same amount of likes. Also to add about 2 weeks ago they were at 105k likes and then dropped to 95k likes.

the question is would you pay more for the 95k account or my 15k account and how can I show my worth being more. I'm not trying to sell just trying to gain knowledge, cuz knowledge is power.

95k account would be worth more, only because it has a more authority.
People are more likely to follow a 95k account than a 15k account, and it's easy to have high engagement at low followers, it starts to decrease as your account grows.
Have a few accounts less than 10k followers that average 3-5k likes, and my 100k accounts only get like 3-5k likes.

This. Engagement doesn't increase parallel to your growth. Many people stop using their accounts, or don't bother engaging with your content any longer, or are just not interested any longer in your account at all even though they may not bother to unfollow. Lots of dead weight to be expected.
