I have a video ad running and I already spent $8 from today and yesterday. I have 100+ likes and 50 shares so the social feedback is good but no one is buying the product. Is that normal? What can I improve on? The niche is meditation

So what? It might not be converting. I have seen ugly ass product pages. Is the page appealing? Is it a product your target audience wants? Does it solve a problem for them?
