86 DA on New blog

Hi guys I just discover a WAP website builder with a DA of 86 and PA 60 once you create a new blog your website will have DA 86 PA 37.
What do you think about this guys?
Is this by any chance good for SEO?

Does it mean, i will have to use username.xtgem.com ?
or can i forward this domain to my domain ?
 
The different subdomains have different metrics and different spam score as well.
 
Already created two sites on one account, gonna change proxy and create more and lets see if the juice flows guys
 
And apart from the main domain they also have domains like: yn.lt, sp.sh,mw.lt, and like 16 of other subdomain with high metrics.

WAP = Wireless Application Protocol and it is how we used to make crappy mobile sites in the old days, think pre 2004...

Nothing wrong with this link, looks pretty decent to me and could be used as a parasite. Link is do**follow DR76 / UR11
