Ok, this makes me really eager to hear what tricks you got up for the other 1295 posts :D

Lots of different things but mainly affiliate.

I'm just dreaming about how many "king Cody" is making money a year ....
Maybe one day he can buy an Island....."Dream Cody Private Island".... ;)

I'd love that, a private island in the Pacific...close to Bora Bora...:-)

I have everything setup for this strategy. the only thing i'm still doubting about is the url. Is it better to put foreclosure in the url or name it something like "beautifulhomes.com" and cloak the website a bit as a random websites with houses on it (without intention to sell) except for the main page which is a landing page optimized for adsense of course.

You need to think simple.
If you ad looks like an advertisement, you gonna be flagged, and people will see it's an ad and won't click.
If you put an ad as you were the little guy offering something, you'll do better.

Actually, the less is the most.

I give you a tip.
My title "foreclosure" gets way more clicks than my title "GREAT DEALS IN FORECLOSURE - WILL SELL FAST"
The second example says "It's an agent, therefore, it's not a so good deal, the guy needs to make money and will most likely lie in the ad to make people clicking but it's not going to work with me because I'm smarter"
The first one says "Humm...what is it? Let's have a quick look"
If you go "super local", you'll make a killing...
I made test a couple of years ago about going "local". One ad made 19 clicks with $14.xx that day.
It was something like this:
------------
"foreclosure"
3/2 house in foreclosure on Lee Blvd, across the street from the Walmart, at the corner of Georgia ave and Alabama Dr. Steps away from the Catholic church (at the end of the cul-de-sac). Walk to Walmart and the Suntrust bank beside. Great location. Pool needs to be clean but good condition overall.
I put a few more pictures and some details at hxxp://www.yoursite.com
Call me or email me if you have question. I live on Alabama and can show it anytime...
---------

If you get the concept, you'll do great. This might be a valuable post for those who can understand this easy tip.

How many ads per day on one account do you reckon is safe?

What about on multiple accounts pointing to the same website?

Cody, newb here, just read the entire thread without posting a questions because almost everything so far was covered! Thank you so much, I completely get the concept, I am just not the best with coding so my first attempts will be rough but exciting.

This is a great method that can be used for a bunch of niches.

Actually I do have a question that I am sure was not answered: IPRental only allows you to keep an IP for a max of 12 minutes. Do you think it would be okay to be posting 5 ads a day on different IP's everyday instead of reusing the same one? Also, IPRental says no CL in its ToS, has anyone run into any problems with this?

Thanks again!

I had no problem with IPrental. Using CLAD, the software made IPrental updating the IP for the next post. For the ToS, this is black hat...

So if you do five postings per day, does that mean you use five different CL accounts to post with each day? 15 accounts total to keep that up?

From what I've read and realistic implementation you can't just hop in this for free and be efficient with it. You're going to need PVA's to post on CL. You're also going to need IP's or DSL modem to post more than one ad a day. To do it right you need to buy a domain and maybe hosting if you don't want to redirect and mask the url to a free blogger. Ofcourse there's always backpage, but the response for ads there are WAY lower than CL. BP really is a free option though.

Looking at the webpage on the 1st page the picture looks pretty straight forward like the Google Ad bar is the navigation bar. Nice touch. Has anyone other than the OP actually tried this out and had results? I'd love to see some Google Adsense screenshots.

Pricing You're looking at...

$5 per PVA (need 10 for 5 ads a day) so $50
http://www.getnumbers.net/

Proxies free through http://www.proxy-list.org
or $24 for 10
http://squidproxies.com/private-proxies/

Hosting
$25 from hostgator with domain (.com)

Basically $100 to get started with this method and do it right. Be sure to get Area codes for PVA's in your state and if possible IP's in your state as well. Posting locally you should be able to recoup this cost within a couple weeks if you stay at it everyday. From there it's just scaling up. If anyone can get the same elements I listed for cheaper or has better sources let's hear it.

Correct. That's the safest though. You could do with less and still be safe depending on your flag/ban rate. If you ad is well made, you're OK. Well made means very personal, very genuine...

That's the best way to go. Going this way will assure you long and quiet campaigns.
To make it cheaper, you could do those PVAs yourself, use free hosting, those with few MB space storage (no need for more anyway) and a coupon for a godaddy domain. Most of the time, an .info can be found for $0.99 or $1.99

Interesting. I have been posting five ads a day with a single account so far. I have posted 20 ads already, and no issues from CL yet. I don't think any of them have been flagged unless they don't notify you about that. I haven't had any ghosted ads either

I probably should start using another account
