I have everything setup for this strategy. the only thing i'm still doubting about is the url. Is it better to put foreclosure in the url or name it something like "beautifulhomes.com" and cloak the website a bit as a random websites with houses on it (without intention to sell) except for the main page which is a landing page optimized for adsense of course.
You need to think simple.
If you ad looks like an advertisement, you gonna be flagged, and people will see it's an ad and won't click.
If you put an ad as you were the little guy offering something, you'll do better.
Actually, the less is the most.
I give you a tip.
My title "foreclosure" gets way more clicks than my title "GREAT DEALS IN FORECLOSURE - WILL SELL FAST"
The second example says "It's an agent, therefore, it's not a so good deal, the guy needs to make money and will most likely lie in the ad to make people clicking but it's not going to work with me because I'm smarter"
The first one says "Humm...what is it? Let's have a quick look"
If you go "super local", you'll make a killing...
I made test a couple of years ago about going "local". One ad made 19 clicks with $14.xx that day.
It was something like this:
------------
"foreclosure"
3/2 house in foreclosure on Lee Blvd, across the street from the Walmart, at the corner of Georgia ave and Alabama Dr. Steps away from the Catholic church (at the end of the cul-de-sac). Walk to Walmart and the Suntrust bank beside. Great location. Pool needs to be clean but good condition overall.
I put a few more pictures and some details at hxxp://www.yoursite.com
Call me or email me if you have question. I live on Alabama and can show it anytime...

If you get the concept, you'll do great. This might be a valuable post for those who can understand this easy tip.
