Well, i published two posts 3 hours ago, and i dont win 1 cent =(

You think i have to wait ? because on my adsense painel, the site im using for this is not on the list of sites using my ads.

The posts are on sao paulo craigslist ( because the EUA craigs asking phone number for verification ).

Anyway, i will wait 24~48 hour for see if i will make some money...

Hi, I have some problesm here.
In which section you post your ads? I don't see any foreclosure and do you change the image in you landing page?

I post them in real estate. I change the image for each post but I don't have any image in my landing page.

that's weird.....I put up four ads and haven't had a single visit to my page

maybe my ads are not convincing enough for people to click on them or im putting the price of the houses too high? im doing 150k in new york city.

When you said "single visit", do you mean no traffic from CL or no click?
If no traffic, you're might be ghosted. Even flagged, you should have traffic before flagging.
If no click, you're not convincing enough. Make it even more personal. Read you ad from a foreclosure buyer: "Looks like a deal, let me check" (than you're good), " what a cheesy ad from a spammer " ( work on your ad)

When I'm selling an item on CL that I don't have, believe me, it looks genuine. Check for a home for sale online, on a realtor site. Check where it is with google street/map. Is it close to a walmart, to a park, to the water, etc..?
Than on your ad, make sure to "2 blocks from walmart...walking distance to the park...easy access to the water...." etc...
If it's "click here on my adsense" kind of obvious message, not good...

i have about 30 visits from 5 ads. and no clicks on my ads

i guess i need to work on my ads and as you suggest make it more personal.

hmm i have a problem. when i use those free proxies websites to post my craigslist post. It strips the ads from the site. so if i later find my post and click on it(from a non-anonymous browser) the ads dont show up

Yes, and the simpler, the better. Put more details for the property, like you are the agent and you know the area.

Try IPRental with PVAs. It's cheaper than proxies. Free proxies are really crap...
