I began this in 2004. Very few foreclosure at that time and I was doing about $400/month. Now, the whole USA is foreclosed !!! And everybody want their share of good deals...that's why I do about $800/month now...
If that's saturation, then I love it...

I don't really get the point where it comes to copying the whole page.
If I do that, everything is really fucked up if I open it at my Desktop... I used your example page because I thought of it being a really good base to work with. But after saving the page everything is messed up. Do you need to do proper changes first?
Maybe someone realized an example with this or any other page and could provide the root files on his webspace? I just want to get this to work. :>

This is the internet. Some trivial basic knowledge of elemantary HTML is required. In a kitchen, you will never be able to make an omelet if you don't know what's an egg.

Actually I edited some basic pages in HTML and PHP like 2 years ago.
But the problem is, you said we should simply copy the code, and there's just some weird things coming out.
Unfortunately, I don't know any CSS to define this mess... :>

If you don't know enough CSS, just put the whole path to it in your html.
Let me give you an example:
Before </head>, you should see the .css url, like example.css or css_file/mycss.css.
Copy your codes and put " http://www.thesiteURL.com/example.css or http://www.theURL.com/css_file/mycss.css " without the quotes.

That's what I was thinking, maybe a credit card offer to verify good credit before letting them see the home or something typical like that? Probably already mentioned in this thread I just haven't read every page!

Usually, when your ads are really personal, people will email you for more information. I keep those email and email CPA time to time...

There won't be any working links on the site though so the assumption is that they'll be clicking everywhere randomly and hit an ad by mistake. Correct?
If I hit an ad by mistake I usually just close it instantly which doesn't pay out (far as I know).

Yes. People will usually search with their arrow a link to see the details of the home. But the obvious link will not change the arrow to a hand/finger, except when it's an ad. They then will click on it. Since it's not a typical ad but a full page/website about foreclosure, they will think it's part of the search, therefore, they will not instantly close it. Even better, they will realize that it's not the right page, will come back to you page and click a second ad...

Cody, gracias por el metodo. usted cree que la calidad de la pagina sea un factor en cuanto a este metodo funcione o no? Oh que google vaya a tu pagina y vea que parece haber sido echa por un nino de preescolar. Por ejemplo, algo que se vea profesional o una pagina simple con una foto arriba, un menu a la isquierda y un articulo..Mi problema es que soy perfecionista..y a veces quiero hacer una pagina tan bien que acabo en nunca terminar el proyecto.
Hace 3 dias que estoy haciendo la pagina y todavia no me eh decidido a tomar el proximo paso.

Pues, entonces, seria mejor copiar una pagina que te parece bastante profesional. No perderas tiempo y la gente va a verla con confianza y sera mas confortable a cliquear sobre las enlaces que hay.
Tambien seria una buena idea conversar en ingles para que los demas pueden aprovechar de lo que estamos diciendo.
