$800 per month method

Got my first ad Flagged and Removed.

So that's 75 up and 1 down.
The one that was Flagged was up for almost 3 weeks

Here's my trick.

I'm doing this very slowly and learned a lot about CL.
The most I've post in a single day is 14 ads.
No problem posting across the country.

That was after a build up of ad's 3, 5, 7, 4, 6, 8, 0, 6, 10, 12, and 14 a day. Only 48 hours between post.

I use 2 phones as a PVA.

Don't leave a f**king footprint.
I don't use the word "foreclose", "foreclosure", or "foreclosed".
Use a title that gets the interest of buying, not the professional "floggers".
Remember to win this game you got to have CL trust you.

Please no more, Ad?ense will ban you, can't use craigslist traffic, or do you blank the referrer? You'll see all of these questions have been asked and answered over and over again.

Going forward can we talk about expanding the method.
Like find a local realtor who will pay you $500 pre closed deal.
In the last week, I've had two cash buyers I refer to realtors.

They will ask you how you are getting your leads?
Tell them you a Internet Marketer, SEO Expert, or Web Gal / Dude.
Don't tell them anything about you method.

So going forward, lets start Brainstorming Ideals and help each other out!

They can just ask the buyer where they saw the ad..

"So, where did you come across my information"

OK, sorry, I see you say to actually TELL them your a marketer?
I wouldn't tell them shit. They are lucky to get the leads

I wouldn't trust them, after all, most are not well paid.

How about a confidentiality form, for the realtor to sign?...

I paid $20 for Dean Graziosi's books about 4yrs ago and learned
quite a bit about Real Estate Investing. (not saying buy these cause all
info is basically free on his forum) .. I had a Realtor that was working
with me (hard to find one that is willing to work with wholesalers)
I had the Mortgage group who was willing to put up the funds
for cash offers/buys, Electricians and plumbers I trusted, plus
I am a great Carpenter, etc ..

I would have rather stayed home and drink my life away back then..
Divorce .. missing my son .. so I let it all go. ..

Now, I am better but moved to another State and would now have
to set it all up again.
Sorry for the story

My point is: If you want to go the Online Offline Real Estate thing,
maybe you want to check out some contracts/forms, so you get
everything you need in order to insure payment by the Realtors.

Most Realtors don't make much money and alot make less than minimum
wage for the hours they put in, so I don't see them always paying
what they owe for an IMer's time advertising for them.

Maybe pay someone to keep up with the Realtors to make sure
if anyone buys from them, that you sent their way, you get paid.
Have the contract though.. You can even pay the person working for
you from the percent or set amount you get from the close of escrow

This way you can still work on other IM methods in the meantime

Just thinking out loud I guess ..

Another great blackhat method. I will definitely give this a try. I think the most difficult one is to find the right domain. Plus no SEO is involved which is great for NOOB

Not the Realtors, the Broker owns the office.

Go to the source code, copy/paste in a txt.file, save it as index.htm or index.html and upload it to your hosting root.

Why just get a property rss feed from a different site and use an rss to post plugin, then get someone to build you a CL submitter which submits based on the title an that's it automated

You won't be able to control your ad that way. It will result in a high number of flagged posts. Make your ad as personal as possible.
If you want to make everything automated, use a poster instead and use several tokens. Use tokens inside tokens as well and you will random your ads like crazy. At the end of the day, one click will produce dozens of different ads for you...

Got my first ad up on craigslist and within a hour someone flagged it for removal lol wow

what the hell am I doing wrong? Drew up another personal ad in a different city and 5 minutes after posting it this also was flagged for removal.

Are you linking to your website?

Someone goes to your site, sees it is fake, flags you.

Might be better to just leave an email or tell them to reply to your ad. Then in 24 hours or so, reply to them. Have a message you can copy and paste, and just add their name in the beginning.

Makes you seem kind of real.

Yes I'm linking to my website. I'll try the e-mail thing instead. Aren't most people linking to their website in their CL ads?
