I do my own PVAs. But I have so many now that I'm organized with them all. I have a sheet with username - PW - phone# - IP associated , etc...
You can also buy them. Google it and you'll find some sellers.

I don't see how you can blanked the referrer with Big G?
Their Ad code is JavaScript code. Once you place it on your site, they can see everything. This may work for a CPA, but not with Big G IMHO.
If you open the adsense dashboard, they show the url's that link to your site. They can track referrer. I'm still getting daily stats on url's, "sites" I no longer own.
If they find your re-directed traffic coming from one site, well the red flags will start flying. This will look very suspicious and that's not good at all.
What do you think?

So, following the conversation, I have a brand new website, I put a banner on top of Yahoo for $50,000/month, which give me 100% of traffic coming from there, and therefore it is suspicious for G?
There have been a lot of thought about all this in the past years. And even if I understand the concept, I tend to have difficulties to agree with it.
Same thing with "posting on CL is spamming". How can you possibly spam an ads website, accepting ads, by posting ads on it?
Each time, my answer is "Shoot, I just spam Ebay with 110 items for sale there in just one day..."
Of course people will do stuff to have traffic, I'm not sure which one is illegal or not.

Wrong. Blanking the referrer does work--as we have stated several times in this thread. Did it, got paid, had no problems.

My cpc or earnings per click has gone down from nearly $2 a click on average to about 30-40 cents a click now.??? anyone know why this is happening. Is it because of my traffic or do i have to change my adsense ads or what? thanks

It's worth what an adwords user is ready to pay for. I doubt it has something to do with traffic or anything else.
How much do you want to bet?

Thank you! for the method. I'm working on the method right now. I have the domain, the hosting and I have found some source code for the site. Question about the hosting, should I have installed WordPress to my site or just create an index with the code? Should I expand and just offer content with this concept or simply post to CL and have the users click the adsense? Also, I cant PM you so do you mind sending me a PM with how to prevent any clicks of links other than the Adsense? Thanks again for your help, I surely would like to make 8k per month with this method.

Because you are luring your traffic to the site on false terms, something that is not agreeable to the Adsense team. Why? Because as soon as the Adword buyers comlpain to Google about low conversions but high clickthoughs (or simply because of a random fluke) a manual check will be done. Ad says come get cake. Site has no cake. Bam.
Don't complain when it happens.

2) there is no false terms here. You really put the real thing in there.

You have to think outside the box. Doing exactly, words for words, this method may, MAY, get you a few flag or so...

I tend to agree. Knowledge is power, and sometimes we don't know everything about stuff.
What (s)he said is not going to happen because there are other way to achieve what we do make things going smoothly/risk free. Once people get to know those things, they make money thinking "s**t, if only I knew that before...".
Give them time...

Thanks buddy, really nice post, but these days Google adsense has been really strict about their rules, even a little mistake causes account ban

Yes you might get banned from google for doing this. For content issues.
However, this idea is great!!!! For those who are paranoid, spend just a little more time on building quality content on the landing page and you have no worries getting the google ban hammer.

Thanks buddy, really nice post, but these days Google adsense has been really strict about their rules, even a little mistake causes account ban
I think this needs to stop.
When someone says this method will ban your Google account, they obviously didn't read or understand the concept.
