Hmm.. It says only for US and Canada citiens, but you can choose Germany from the list.
It should not work for me, but I will check it out anyways.

I didn't pay attention to that. Let us know if it works in Germany.

it's only valid for us and canada and requires a phone number, will it work with a random usa phone number?

there are a tools called adword finder ,this will be searching all website which have adword promotion , but i am never test it . just googling you may found it
