Awesome move! Any suggestion on how to start the conversation?
I would say look at ad's in craigslist for businesses for sale. If they're selling a viable business that's been around for years there's no way in hell that anyone would do that. Most busiensses would use a broker etc.. Not saying that the broker wouldn't advertise on craigslist, but you can spot the ads. Usually no pics, barely any know how. Be the saving person to offer your expertise, o cost upfront and try to get 5% of the biz. What's the worst they can say right? How dare you try to save my livelihood.
Thanks for your inspired testimony, but anyway you have to celebrate this achievement for every bhw member even if it's a bottle of soft drink
I'm doing so in high fashion. Where every self respecting internet marketer goes to unwind and recharge. "Hooters"
I also find going to biz mixers, especially with the chamber is a nice break to get out and keep your social interaction skills in top shape.
I never thought when I started, that clients would pay me to give speeches in front of their employees. I do it mainly for orm shit, get the troops riled up to be nice to get customers to write up nice reviews etc..
And it's another channel to make money. I'm following one local marketing/web firm that does in house corporate training. After they launch the site, they work with the in house marketers for 6 months or
and still are on retainer. You know why, the in house folks prob have a high churn and burn rate. I'm going to be working on that for 2018.
SEO is far from dead. It's just a new era of a very young industry. Be part of the new era.
