it takes about 25 seconds (5 with a bot :)) to make a new twitter account, and you can do 10 from 1 ip. assuming OP is not inflating his sales numbers, this is very awesome stuff.

Im pretty sure that even after you delete the twitter post, it still shows up in the search (Search your username you should be able to find it). As in when you delete a tweet, its deleted from the interface but not from the database (Wasted space IMO).

doing this for free will make it worthless after a few days..
 
Does it take a while for new accounts to show up in the search results or something? I've been experimenting just using some of the trending phrases in tweets on a new account but I don't see anything in the search results.
 
i cant figure out twitter. i posted like mighty said but my posts never appeared in the channels and i never got a single hit.. hmm

lol had my bot spamming, no results though... mind u i do need to get me some new accounts from ramchaturvedi cos these ones are getting mouldy and useless. Its possible to get 30k uniques in under 12 hours off of one trend btw.

This is awesome for getting quick traffic, I don't know about CB sales though.
 
The lack of initiative never sizes to amaze me. I specifically piked little suns as a special character because I thought that nobody would use it. To my surprise the front page of Twitter is no flooded with ☀☀☀☀☀☀. They even use the same number of suns as in my example.

I would THINK if this technique were spread across say... A hundred Twitter accounts... And the tweet was configured with enough different configurations of the same tweet, this could be killer.

It's times like these I wish I was a programmer...

I wonder you just register your account and with no friends with your new account you spam for nothing?
 
just did this again and 2 sales came a few minutes after. i'm pretty sure its from doing this. I guess the trick is to not do this solidly (mainly because I don't want my account banned) Might try it a few times at busy times though
 
i have sent like these 1000 tweets but not get any single sale !:(
