60 sites dropped in google ranking dramaticly HELP!!

It's a Google dance, keep building backlinks, you site will come back. Sometimes it takes a few days, weeks, or months.

Sorry but that's bullcrap. How likely is it that 60 sites are dancing all at once? It's not always "just" a G dance especially with that many sites being affected. I assume they look pretty similar and yes, there were serious algo changes that affected micro sites.

The likes of Ezines was devalued so its not a surprise to see any number of your sites being knocked down, especially if you were counting on back links from those article sites.

I would continue building more back links using a variety of methods.

I definitely agree with you developing a few high authority sites. Don't leave all your eggs in one basket!

if you type "site:yourdomain.com" and your sites are there, you don't have to worry about at all. They will come back to previous position for sure.

I'm done with google, they don't know what they want. They just cause damage to people that worked really hard.

No offense but a mini sites with 6 pages of content is NOT working hard at all. G is now looking at micro sites as being "thin"

You need to be adding at least one article every TWO WEEKS-PER SITE. It seems like alot of work but it is not bad. Schedule content adding on a calender and stick to it-this IS a business right so we gotta act like it. As the weeks go on all your sites will slowly head towards becoming authority sites and google LOVES these.

I also suspect that google penalizes us for having what they "think" is TOO MANY SITES. It seems like whenever a marketer grows his network too large, they get slammed. Its not fair and I wish I didn't have to rely on G for the majority of my income.

Keep adding content and dont black hat-you will be alright. Takes time though-the days of 100 micro sites easily earning 8k per month are long gone. Doesn't mean it still can't be done.

Ok I just read what I typed-Don't blackhat?? lol scratch that! Black Hat a little bit-but be smart about it. K now I'm done.

yeah im thinking i will just try and focus one 5 sites per day..

no i do not interlink my sites..

occasionaly i do link scrapebox my backlinks... however the thing is there where alot of sites i didnt build backlinks to yet and they changed just as dramaticly as the ones i have backlinked to..

yes they are all MNS sites with only say no more than 6 pages on them..

so what are some suggestions if any?

The issue with your site is the lack of content. Google has been devaluing the sites with little content on them in favor of the sites that have a lot of content on them the past few months or so.

You can get the sites back where they belong by adding a lot more content, a lot more pages and backlinking them.

I've been on a bit of a run lately building large sites... 300+ pages at least with a lot of clean original content. I generally add 5,000 words a day to the sites that I am building and then backlink them immediately and am having some outstanding results with that process.

At some point those sites that I am building will be real nice authority sites that will get thousands of unique visitors daily as they are already getting hundreds and they are no older than February.

Content is King, backlinks are Queen and together they make great children.

Hahaha! Well you guys are the power of the internet. Find a way to get bing to the top :D

I started a new site, within 2 days it was 47 for the keyword, 2 hours later it was 22 then it vanished for 2 days where it appeared ranked 2nd this was with 6 pages and a 60,000 monthly searched keyword now another 2 days later it has vanished again.

My site made that jump to 2nd the same day i added more content. I figure i should add more and it will come back. This is with 0 backlinks as well. Previous micro site blogs ranked top have been moved all over the place and there has been a large amount of shuffling of sites.

HELP

Probably the new panda update by Google which is aimed at content farms.

Your adsense id on all of those sites makes it easy for a human reviewer to see your sites. That is the downside to using Ad Cents........also if you use Google Webmaster tools, then that is another way to track you.

This sounds like 2005/6 all over again.

Ad Cents can be good income, but it is a double-edged sword. The tools that they give you, also can hurt you.

I have Ad Cents on ONE site. I am going to replace it with CPA.

And content IS KING now.

I looked at my site:domainwhatever.com and guess what shows up for that site? Articles and videos on the first page that I had done quite a while back......

So, the churn and burn method may work for a while, but in the end, many of those sites will be de-indexed.

I would try to give Google what it wants and realize that any micro niche site is and will be subject to human review. When that happens, well....you know the rest.

Sure add real original content and build links, that will help.

In the end, the micro niche sites are probably not worth the effort for long-term income.

I would go for the larger site concept, like basstrackerboats is doing.

Are all of your domains on the same hosting account?

The only thing that is constant in the Google game is change. What works today, may be crap tomorrow. I agree with the method of build quality, authority sites and build quality backlinks to other like sites. Tedious I know. Boring, yes! Take longer to see profits? Absolutely! But when the changes come, they just bounce off you or nick you at best. Spend the next two years building solid. You'll be glad you did.

I don't think so,i have an website ranked for 9 month in the top only with one article that is homepage.

I have been using SearchTerms tagging 2 and I suspect this had something to do with me dropping rank on a few sites. I tried to remove a lot of the footprints but had widgets in my sidebar listing "recent search terms" "popular search terms" so I'm pretty sure Google has picked up on this trick. All of my content is 100% original so I knew it wasn't that. I'm of course removing this plugin from all of my sites. I hope it helps.

Do you think that someone could answer you that question ?

Try it and then give us a feedback...Everybody will probably say what they think but you can't know for sure..

Have a nice day

As well as I know, google will want to make it difficult as much as they can on making your stuff (MNS) looking as organic as they can.
Matt said this once, it might look acuard that one guy will hold tens of sites and it will be under the radar for that issue.
  1. I'll try to split the hostings as much as I can and won't host more than 5-7 sites on one hosting account.
  2. You don't have to leave all of your MNS online, if some get you only 1$ a day/week/month get rid of it , it doesn't horth risking all of you other MNS or whatever sites you have.
  3. Blasts on the money sites? Yep we all did it and now say it might be wrong, so we blast the second tier sites and so on...

Any how, if you had 60 MNS that made you 50$ a day , you sould have enough to breath and addapt for the changes...
PEACE
