Hi everyone, thanks for your interest into my goal and thanks in advance for motivating me to push even more!
I've just turned 19 and this year will be the year I'll finally be making over 6 figures, selling mobile apps to local businesses.
Here's how I'll do it! Time to get that guap.
App Pricing
I charge anywhere from $500-$2000 + $50-$100 monthly maintenance fee per app. To simplify, let's say I sell apps at an average price of $1200 + $75 monthly (love that residual income).
In order to make a 6 figure income (before taxes) in my currency, I have to make about $70k a year, which is about only 1 app sold per week (adding the residual up).
Sales Pipeline
So here's my current sales pipeline.
Scaling up
Here's how this gets fun. How will I scale this up?
My goal is to repeat the sales pipeline as much as possible. I'd like to be making 60-100 cold calls per week, but I hate cold calling.
That's why I will hire some people on classified ads sites to repeat the sales pipeline (sales pipeliners lol).
I will ask them to repeat the complete sales pipeline, minus the app demo development and the meeting part. I'm the one making the apps and closing deals
.
I'll be attribuing one industry to each sales pipeliners.
So, if I have 3 people making cold calls, that's about 50 cold calls per Monday, about 35-40 demo apps sent (based on current ratio), and hopefully 5+ meetings scheduled out of those 40 demo apps sent.

Sales Pipeline
So here's my current sales pipeline.
- Step 1: (Monday) Cold call about 20 businesses, tell them I'm an app agency and ask them if they would like to receive a free demo via email of what their app could look like.
- Step 2: (Monday) Right after the call, I send them an email right away saying that they will receive the demo in a couple of days, + I send them a PDF with mobile statistics (why they need an app).
- Step 3: (Wednesday) 1-2 day(s) later, I send them the video of their personalized demo (with an online mobile app previewer), asking them when they would be available to discuss more in person about what we can do for them.
- Step 4: (Friday) If they didn't reply to the email, I follow-up on Friday. I call them and ask them directly when they are available next week so we can have a short meeting.
- Step 5: (Meeting day) = close day. I meet them, show their demo in person, talk about pricing, lead time, and most importantly: I ask for the sale.
