Great job! Push yourself a bit further every day and in no time you will run marathons.

Good stuff PG, don't go too far but keep increasing 5-10 minutes every day and soon you will be running 2 hours like it's nothing.

What a view and good for you taking care of your health as well.

been a long time since i knew how it felt to say my tank was empty
i was drained and knackered , but in a good way, felt pretty good

i just had chicken dinner with broccoli and cauliflower
and slept for 3 hrs, went out like a light

Good man proxygo! Consistency is key here. I learned that the hard way when I tried to do 10 miles directly from being a couch potato. Now 10 miles is what I do every day.
Stick to it, man. ;)

i am - but my increments had to be slow due to a heart attack 6 months ago so it
was a case of adding on 10/15mins extra every few weeks, im only suppose to 90mins
a day, but my heart therapist did say if you wanna do a little more and you feel ok then do it

Only doing 1k steps per day on my stairmaster. I need to step it up!

Keep us posted. Love the motivation mate!

maybe tomorrow i should take my video camera
Consider-worthy idea, integrate fun and creativity into your walking regiment and you may find yourself enjoying the process even more, perhaps do a daily or once-weekly vlog tracking your walks and progress, you could even go as far to include your daily meal intake to help those striving to achieve what you have, such as lowering cholesterol, a problem many struggle with.

Noticed you have shared some meals here recently so you could just bundle all that up into a weekly video and turn your successful recovery into an opportunity for yourself and viewers, get a channel set up and I will give you all my unused credits that are collecting dust on panels.

@ContentExpert i also upgraded my Baofeng 888s walkie talkies
sadly there range was only half a mile, i needed more
to reach home

Blimey yeah man I remember you talking about your heart attack! Hoping you'll never have to suffer through that again.
Slow and steady wins the race, 120 mins, from 90 mins!!!. Push yourself, but not too much. :)

Do not suddenly become too sporty.
People believe sports are healthy but I have a friend that had a heart attack playing tennis, another who almost died frozen while climbing and I have a knee and shoulder injured for life from sports practice.
Calm down. You're already an old man.

great achievement, I think with a smartwatch you can have more insights about your workout routine, like distance, calories, and most important your Heart Rate, and BPM, not necessary an apple watch, you can find similar features with less price in the market

.

if you use ahrefs for seo data analysis, then i think you should use a smart watch for your health analysis.
