Hi, @iloveFB . What do you mean by dial? If you want to send bulk messages on Facebook, you can use Toolkit for Facebook for that. It actually has a lot of great features and one of that is to send messages simultaneously.

oho so you want to send message to your friend list.
There is no way to send bulk message at once. you can send after every 1 hour. But different message every time otherwise they will block you.
You can use any bot or software which offer spinning content option. so you can send message without any problem.
