i already filed a dispute in paypal since she scammed.
so i want my refund.

I asked in a thread is anyone holding crypto or pm?
And after adding her in skype she said she can sell pm $ for paypal $
So i said i need crypto
And she agreed to sell me eth.
I made her payment using paypal and the payment got hold for 24 hours
She said she will send eth once the payment is cleared so i waited 24 hours.
After that i messaged her and she told me she has sent eth to my wallet few mins ago( she lied)
After that i waited several hours i didnt received anything.
So i messaged her and she is not replying till now.

i trusted as she is paid member.
and by negative review i thought it was a work delay review not a scam review.
because if scammed people might have posted in shitlist as i knewed.

That member is not a paid forum member; Junior Member
This is one of the reasons members are not meant to buy from non upgraded accounts on this forum.

Another point is this was against this specific rule; 3.3 Activity that involves Currency Trades or Exchanges (Example: Exchanging PayPal for eGold money)

I doubt they will come back on here to resolve this, as this is @BassTrackerBoats case I will wait for him to come online and he will no doubt perma ban that person. Either way I hope you get your money back.

@Lovalt09 is banned on a permanent basis.

It was clear they were not going to do you right when they submitted the PP shipping details and more so when they responded to a PM to me a little while ago, went this thread and went silent.

As indicated above by @MisterF , currency exchanges are against the ToS and this is one of the reasons we do not allow that as it is easy for someone to scam you.

In addition to that as shared by @MisterF, if a person does not have a paid membership they cannot sell to anyone on this site or sell to anyone using this site as the platform to sell by having them add you to Skype.

If you play by the rules here on BHW you are much less likely to get scammed. One of the reason those rules are in place is to protect the members here.

hello - just a tip so u dont get scammed again.

1 - yellow members can not sell anything on bhw
2 - if a yellow member trys to sell u something via pm
or a thread say NO and report them. its in the rules when u sign up
that only payed sellers can sell on bhw and crytpo stuff is not sold on bhw.

there are hundreds of threads on bhw where mods say do not buy
from anyone with a yellow name as what there doing is against forum rules.

only buy from approved bhw sellers , blue names IE vip members/sellers
never ever ever take an offer from a yellow member trying to sell u something
because as its in the rules only blue members, payed members can sell on bhw
if you choose to do a transaction with a yellow member and get scammed - its your fault

because, everything i just told you is in the rules, forum TOS.
