Problem is i can't cash the traffic by selling products as the traffic is from Asian countries who have absolutely no interest in buying your thing. So the only way of cashing that traffic is by showing them ads which they mostly click accidentally.

There are no tricks to it buddy. I didn't create this post to make money by selling the trick as people said above. As it told there is no trick. You invest money on Facebook ads. Make pages as quickly as you can and then put links on them regularly. I invested $20k on Facebook ads to get likes and started seeing good amount of traffic.
