$5000/month website is cloaked on regular basis

Hi,

My main website is being cloaked by a spammer on regular basis. If i take down one website, he hacks another authority website and cloak my domain. Now main home page URL is being replaced in SERP with the hacked website URL. Your urgent help is required!

Your site is being cloaked? Your statement doesnt make sense. Is the guy hacking your site and canonicalizing/cloacking to his money page?
 
if you give a little more details we could help.. As far as I understand he's getting a domain and putting your website in it as a frame?
 
not use nulled template or scripts or plugins
 
stay away from free themes, free plug ins and free CMS that are dubious for being hacked. I would choose my developer or programmer wisely as well.
 
Buy the theme and plugins, instead of free nulled themes/plugins. Start from scratch on new server, don't copy files from old server. This is done by hackers on large scale.
 
If your site is cloaking traffic and routing it elsewhere, then you got a major security issue in your PHP setup. Probably as others pointed out from a hacked template or theme.
