Hello friends, i read about build viral content website from another bloggers. Look like invest a little money to build it. But i think it's not simple. I want to make real business with type of site. My budget is about $5000. Please give me an advice. Is it enough ? And how long i will have income ? Thank you.

Don't invest $5000 if you literally have no idea what you have to do.. You might lose all the money you've invested if you don't know exactly how to do.

Thank you for your advice. I don't invest all money now. I'm going to treat carefully before launch viral site.

A decent site that is scalable is going to cost much more. I know cause I built a site from the ground up. You have to have a good server, you need to build a solid database and solid code for the site. Is this a viral video site you are looking to build? Also, why not simply build an app?

I suggest to make a simple viral site and invest that money in buying a site with revenue.

This doesn't have to cost anywhere NEAR $5,000.

In fact, there's a Wordpress theme called 'Socially Viral' which is the EXACT theme that Viral Nova used and Viral Nova was/is arguably one of the most viral 'viral sites' out there. If you want success in anything it makes sense to model the people having the most success so I would recommend that and then using the $5,000 to drive traffic to the viral content and make your site explode.

I think that is a good foundation to start with. As mentioned about if you do not know what you are doing, do some research first. There are a lot of tools out there that you can use to scrape old articles and repurpose them. Make sure you have defined a niche and stick with it. Patience is a virtue. Also, look into some link building and join social media groups that suit your niche. Good luck!

You can find clone scripts for top viral websites for just around 50$ or get a viral website theme for about same price. THen spend your money on marketing, like Facebook ads, etc.

You can get a site up and running for a few hundred bucks. Spend the rest on ads and social media automation tools.
Nobody can tell you of it's enough of a budget. One person can make a viral content site with a $0 budget. Another guy can do same thing for $10k. Creating stuff is the easy part.

It cost much less than $5000 if you use a viral website plugin, but you will need social media accounts with lots of followers to drive traffic, because you wont get any organic traffic with that kind of website

Just plan your budget! You don't need the very big budget to create the viral content website just you need a very smaller amount from your total budget! After creating the site make a good plan to invest your step by step plans such as maintaining the site, building the accounts and driving the traffic to the website. If you have investing the enough budget to getting the traffic then it will be more helpful to you.

The website setup should not cost more than $100.

The main expense to run a successful viral site are:
1) Content cost. Pay decent money to your writers to create good content.
2) Social advertising. Pay lots of people to share your content. You can also run contests and give a huge price like $500.
3) Hosting server. If you are on right track, soon you will need good servers to handle the traffic.

Divide your whole budget in 5 parts and set the earnings and traffic goal.

Like after first $1000, you site should get x traffic and y earnings.
If you reach you goal after phase 1, start investing another $1000 and set higher goals...
and proceed so on.

Also If you don't know exactly how to do, if you literally have no idea.

That's more than enough, I've set them up as little as $99.

Investing all your money is like losing your tshirt and become naked. Invest onlY a few dollars. and spend more time reading several sites in same niches to unstand how these big sites create viral content, you can create that yourself when you start then hire some talented people. i see that people who create viral content are not born genius but they know what the majority of people need and like. check buzzfeed, upworthy and know their strategies then work hard to kick their ass .

My friend ....I have 10% of that amount , and I am afraid to invest :)

You need a better strategy for planning, if you are afraid you need to invest a lot of time online instead of money and create that content yourself. then make mistakes, and mistakes and expect to fail, then you will learn a lot and know what works and what doesn't work.

This is how all bloggers bacame successful entrepereneurs . they are working 24/24 to beat their competitors and you should

Sure you can spend very little to get a website up, but if op is hosting his own content (i.e. video) he's not going to get to far too fast. Web hosting is going to limit the size of the files, bandwidth and resources. So if the site is truly "viral" cost goes up real fast real soon.
