5000 Email List - Couples Gift Niche

Hi, since my site went downhill from the new google update I have been looking into other ways to make money online, I have been looking a lot into email marketing and remembered I have an email list of around 5000 people who purchased from a drop shipping site I had 2 years ago, I was wondering is this list useful, I haven't reached out to anyone yet on the list and it was a valentines gift that I sold, maybe I could reach out to the list and offer an affiliate course on keeping a happy relationship? All advice greatly appreciated!
