Any SEO that gives you a guarantee is a shady SEO and you should be wary of them. Learn some SEO and you'll be able to do it yourself by optimising your site and buying the right kind of backlinks.

$500 is peanuts for a top 3 position, but maybe possible depending on comp. I would be interested in looking at your keywords. but as mentioned there are never guarantees.

OP didn't mentioned that $500 is his total budget on SEO for his website. He is just willing to give $500 for the one who gets his website ranked on top 3. So don't misunderstand, $500 is your reward and he will be spending more on your SEO efforts to his website. Am I right OP??
