Many people find success with CPA offers or AdSense, so maybe you need to rethink this and do some additional tests. You've already got the traffic part nailed down, so practically you're half way there. Just pick a few options and split test which work best.

shorte*st pays upto $15 for usa traffic but not all converted..

You should seriously learn where to put periods and commas, as that might be the reason why you can't get any sales.

CB or anything aff related work on buy sell groups, cos those are something like local classifieds, where people meet and take care of the transactions, but if you have an awesome twist (which can't be spoon fed), you won't make money there.
The point here to sell anything from CB is join the groups related to the product/niche for example weight loss related groups to sell weight loss products from CB or any network, money making groups to sell MMO products, etc.

Careful will this guy, they've been running an online campaign to promote shorte.st al around the internet because most people left them a few months ago when they stopped paying. See how the guy had no problem mentioning what he was supposedly doing and what he was using? Smells like promotion. Don't waste your time with shorte.st, it's shit. They promote their shit site on every single forum of the internet.

I'm a member of plenty of forums mate, both in english and spanish, they promote it on both. At first they promoted it as themselves, then they started to make fake profiles and tell bullshit stories showing paypal payment proof, then they just started random threads and mentioned their site when they felt it was the right time. I don't know for sure if this guy is promoting it or not. But i've seen my fair share of fake threads from these guys so i'm just warning you guys.

CPA offers are not bullshit lol, they are one of the easiest ways to make bank on Facebook.
Don't just try 1 CPA offer and call it quits if it doesn't make you $100 a day overnight.
Keep at it, be consistent, and you'll be a winner if you don't quit.
