Upwork contractor. We posted an advertisement in the category for writing jobs looking for people who have personal websites.
Trying to ask her for samples of past articles. Supposedly a content writer who works for them rather than an SEO consultant.
It's supposedly a full article (meaning not a profile / Paul and Angela link). Asking contractor for details.

We've got content writing covered. With that ad posting, we were mostly trying to find writers with connections to bigger websites rather than to actually get content writing.
And yes, being careful is important. Have been experimenting with trying to find writers with connections instead of working with SEO consultants and for sure at least half of them either know nothing or think they have a much better hook-up than they really do. Plus of course some scammers.
Will let you know if she sends some IBM samples.
