$5 Simple Job - Need Someone To Integrate Raw HTML From Aweber

I have a "dummy" email form already on my squeeze page template. The input fields for the name and email are already in place as well as a submit button (which currently redirects back to the index file.) I need the raw html code to be integrated seamlessly such that the form in the landing page template behaves the same way as the email form template I received from Aweber. The current form already is configured to the list I want to build, just please put whatever code you need into the form. Someone please just make the freaking thing work. I'll get you what you need if you want to do it.
