[$5] Need a C# Coder with POP3 Experience

My budget is $5.

I need a C# or VB.Net (preferably C#) to make a POP3 bot for me. At the click of a button this bot needs to search for certain headers or in other words subject lines in the users email clients, click on them, then once inside the email click on a specific link inside.

I need this for a bot Im coding.

You need to supply the source code of your code, and with helpful comments so I can replicate the process on several other sites.
