This channel has more videos with million views than just that. It does look fishy and the fact that there was almost 2 years w/o any video posted on the channel makes it even more fishier.
Edit: Just noticed that the subscriber count is set to private, yup def. something fishy.

This Channel is fake, the views are most likely bought. The videos he uploads are from a Youtube Channel called BillionSurpriseToys (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCRx3mKNUdl8QE06nEug7p6Q/videos) which has 4,8 mill subs. This channel makes 3D animations and also has these videos on their channel which are on the fake channel. The videos are pumped with views, and that is also the reason why most of the videos have comments disabled and like/dislike ratings disabled. Most likely this channel will disappear in the next couple of days/weeks
