Cools share, but yeah, profile links are different to get indexed now a days. They also get deindexed pretty quickly if you some how get them indexed. That's whole another problem to deal with now a days.
 
How do i implement this on my site, and would it work on any site? since backlinks are niche selective

Niche-relevant backlinks are important, yes, but it's also important to diversify your backlink profile!
