Im sure you will get interest in this forum alone, the simple reason being that otherwise they have to go through a CPA who scape leads/sales, monitor traffic etc and takes a % commission.
If you tell people that although its not the company official position, that they can promote in any way they want, that you wont monitor their activities, you 'scape' their leads and pay commission on time by their choice of check, bank or Paypal.

Oh yeah. I forgot to ask mbeg11 some important questions to really give him the most help.

I'ts dificult to really give some useful suggestions without the following information:
1. The url of your site.
2. The dating site script.
3. Any custom modifications you've made to the scripts.
4. Exactly what settings you used in the script.
5. Copies of any custom templates and graphics files.
6. Copies of any templates used in email campaigns.
7. Copies of and article posted to directories.
8. Copies of any banner ads you've used.
9. A list of all the backlinks you've successfully posted.
10. The entire member list and db in csv format.
Any results data you've compiled would be useful too.

Just send all that info in a PM to me. Get that to me as soon as possible and I'll get back to you with some suggestions for your site as soon as I can.

Actually we are building something like our own CPA network right now. Where a female user gets paid when she gets a male user to pay for the service. We probably will pay out as much as 10 USD for a sale. The only thing female user have to do sign up for a revenue sharing program and then send out messages to male user. Do you think it's a enough money per lead?

For your free members, I would allow them to receive messages from members of the opposite sex. They are also allowed to reply IF they fill out a "gateway lock" survey.

So, female A sends a message to male B (who is currently on the free plan). Male B gets the message, hits reply, types out his response and then presses send....then the screen locks with a gateway that requires him to fill out a survey before the message he typed out will be sent. You can get upwards of $3.00 per survey. Just make sure the gateway and offer you're using allows for the offers to be "incentivized".

Try increasing your conversion rate. I guess not all of that 3k sign ups are for paid membership right? Otherwise you would be making more than 1.3k a day. Give some incentives like a 3 day free trial. Or, something like "refer your friends and get one month membership for free".

35k visits a day is not enough for a dating site. 40k a month is pretty much normal for your uniques. If you want to make 400k a month or more, you have to follow a different strategy. For instance, you should consider buying other websites related to your niche and merge the traffic. That's the shortest and easiest way to increase sales and monthly income. Once you reach 500k visitors a day, then you can start thinking about how to scale it up to its maximum.

When your website reaches 15-30 million visitors a month, you should setup an ad network like POF or FB. Instead of YOU trying to figure out how to convert the traffic, you just count the money and let others do the job for you. You can do CPM or CPC or even both. I'm sure you will have a lot of advertisers and it will skyrocket your website's income, as long as the traffic is quality and it converts for them. This is the main step you may want to reach, if you want to retire early

If you are trying to make it look legit, I wouldnt make it where a female gets a male to pay for a service as thats just asking for trouble. I would simply make it open to all, to get any member to pay for services and leave it at that.
All blackhatter will know to use female accounts to get male signups... it just protects your company from unwanted questions.

$10 per sale... well that depends on the revenue it generates you and how much it costs the user (e.g. costing the user $15 or $200 makes a massive difference as to whether $10 is a good commission)

Ok guys, I have an update. We tried out the API deal it was pretty much a fail. Due to the TOS of the API deal we had to put a checkbox on the sign up site where the new users have to agree to also become a member of AFF. When it was requiered we only had around 500 new user a day. When it's optional only around 200 becoma also a member of AFF every day, but atleast there isn't a change in the sign up rate.

What we are now thinking about is doing a cross-selling/API deal with rude.com and datinggold. Datinggold pays us up to 2.50 USD for a lead, does that mean we get around 7.5k USD a day? What do you think of that idea? We also think about implementing a whitelable dating software into the site, so that we can earn something from that. Could anyone recommend livejasmin?

Yes we only have around 30-40 paid subscription every day. 3k sign ups are new free user. The idea with reffering friends is a great idea for traffic driving!

Why do you think it's asking for trouble? I think this way it would be less problematic than just sending out messages from a bot.

Why exactly would you want to send all your leads to other adult dating websites? If you feel that AFF can convert members better, it would be best for you to follow their strategies as opposed to sending your traffic to them.

Ask yourself this, does AFF sign up their members to another dating site upon signing up? The actual answer is yes, they send to Get it on which is another website they own themselves. They also offer one click signup to another group of dating websites they own as well at the bottom of your home page on AFF. If you are going to send your traffic to another dating website, you might as well own it right? Thus you are growing 2 websites at once, using your own current user base to expand a new site. Split up new sites into different niches; if you need ideas just look at how AFF does it since you seem to like their set up.

Normally adult dating websites retain members for 2-3 months average. Users are constantly looking around for better options, and will regularly sign up to multiple sites at least to test them. It is the best idea to keep them in your sales funnel, as opposed to sending them into someone else.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR EMAIL LIST TO THEM TO PROMOTE. Not sure why you would even consider it, but as others have said hire your own copywriter and run the show yourself.

1. you're just going to generate a bunch of ewhores. user reviews are going to hit the market when people realize they've been duped into paying for something which is fake (girls would write fake messages and once they get a guy to sign up they won't talk to them anymore). then you'll see your site traffic steadily decrease down and down.

2. you bought a domain name for $9.99, used a premade script, and have this success? either you are extremely lucky, aren't telling the full story, or made this up.

3. if you are pulling in $40k/month then why are you here looking for free advice. the obvious smartest move would be to pay someone in the industry a $5k consulting fee and have them lay out step by step a plan to double or triple your revenue. don't waste your time testing shit, learn from someone who has already been there.
