403 errors are related to improper file permissions. I’m guessing you uploaded WP files owned as one user but your web server doesn’t have read permissions. See the link posted by uncutu above.

Alright guys, thank you for your help, I´m working on a crowdfunding platform and I´d like to get it done through all the errors, I´ll set up the main part and do you think you could hand me a contact on someone that could help me finish the base? 
That´d be really helpful since I´m kinda´ an amateu when it comes to specialized Php templates
