Did you try from a proxy or another IP? Maybe your IP got banned from their network.

I just got a reply literally this minute!
So glad, I believe my host will be fixed as they said they got multiple complains from there data center. This has to do with a friend sending lots of mails with my host

Finally the issue has been resolved.. It was taken down due to phishing suspicion. Today's incident made me learn the hard way a backup is always necessary to have on your hard disk.Apart from this, webxen is really a nice company to use I must say

It took nearly 24 hours to acknowledge your ticket, and abother ~8 hours to resolve the issue...
Even if the company is nice, that much downtime with no communication really isn't acceptable.

I don't understand why people use shared hosting when they can buy a cheap vps for just 5$ per month. A vps is 100 times more reliable because you get guaranteed RAM and CPU. Look in the marketplace and you will find lots of good sellers. If installation is your problem, then read some articles. Maintaining a server isn't rocket science.

That's what I thought too. There are several articles and videos on the internet which teaches step by step how to install the server, host multiple domains, take backups etc. One just has to copy paste (or type in, in case of videos) the commands lol.
The only thing that would be tougher than usual is setting up the MTA, but one can use a third party mail provider such as Zoho for the mailbox.. If needed.

Starting a web server is trivial, keeping it secure and updated isn't.
For someone who doesn't know Linux at all and has never even seen a command line, I'd recommend at least a month or two of practice on a non-production server, which can be wiped after every successful hack, before putting any money sites on it.

Yes, everything needs practice. Agreed. A couple of months of vps would be like $11. Not that bad for practice!
