You can do a link through a url that re-directs and then robot that text out, you can use java script, you can use the no follow tag, that?s fine.
4. The best advice is to make great compelling content and come up with some hook, some social engineering, the gimmick, the angle that?s going to make your stuff go viral.

I have a question regarding Google PageRank (PR):

If my index page has a PR6, will my new Inner Pages always start at PR0?

- How much of my PR from my Index Page, will new Inner Pages inherit?

- If some competitor page has a PR6 for their existing Inner Page and I want to target the same keyword and intend to set up a new page for that KW, how will I know that my new Inner page will inherit enough PR from my index page to be able to successfully compete with the 3rd party PR6 page?

Any idea?

Concerning rankings, PR doesn't matter. Look at the strength of the domain and the inlinks instead.

How much juice your inner pages inherit depends on your internal linking. For example, linking from one page gives you less juice than linking from all pages on the site (again, PR doesn't matter when it comes to rankings - you will rank better with a PR 3 and good anchor texts in your internal/external links than with a PR 4 and irrelevant anchor texts)
