PREMIUM: Add a blog tab with related articles + in-article ads (good for more ranking as well)
bombing pinterest with each article posted (automation plugins are the way to go so Wordpress ftw)
YouTube videos about the virus with link in the description for live stats/source/article/information
again, facebook groups, twitter search for coronavirus stats or questions maybe quora and the possibilities are limitless
i'd pass the hygiene products but do whatever it takes cause people gonna get it somewhere else anyway and competition my ass not too late it's one hell of a method

Actually you're wrong. Niches that offer "medical information" look great as .ORG since they can pass for Medical Organization if you structure your website as one.

Have you ever noticed that in many places, there are restaurants on every corner?
...gas stations on every corner?
...churches on every corner?
In some cities in the USA, they have 5 to 8 Family Dollar Stores clustered less than 1.3 miles from each other and they all make money.
Look at certain markets, niches and sub-niches such as weight loss. As over saturated as weight loss seems, a smart IMer can enter into it today and start making bank.
My point?
When a person thinks outside of the box, they can find a way to enter into fiercely competitive market/niche and win in spite of the fact that it seems Mission Impossible.
