4 Companies in 1?

Since I'm going to be acquiring an LLC pretty soon, I need to know if it's right for me.

I have four businesses that I want to group within the LLC all with different names/brands.

This could also be called a conglomerate(not sure)

However, could I do this? I would I have to to out an LLC for each project? I'm trying to streamline the process, and if some projects(businesses) work and the other doesn't I still have the LLC but the brand I could just drop.

Let me know your thoughts.

I know I should focus on one thing, but I can't put all me eggs and efforts into one basket.

You could have 1 LLC and run 4 different DBAs. It'd be a little cheaper.

Your strategy will work fine as long as none of the 4 companies has a chance of incurring any leagl liabilities that could affect the others. That would the same effect as putting "all your eggs in one basket".
